Berrimah Industrial Park – Office & Warehouse

Currently under construction, MDP provided Structural and Civil design services of a warehouse and two-level office area, with large open internal spans to accommodate production plant and equipment.

KFC Stuart Park

Structural design and Construction Certification of new KFC Restaurant located near the Darwin CBD. This building was designed using a steel-framed with infill stud wall methodology, rather than typical methods of blockwork or precast.

Virginia Childcare Centre

Structural design and construction certification of new 1000 sqm childcare centre alongside an existing facility to cater to 130 children. Comprising of 6 activity rooms, 2 sleep rooms and over 1000 sqm of outdoor learning spaces and playscapes.

100 East Point Road Residence

A new, stunning two-storey residential home structurally designed by MDP, located directly on the oceanfront in Fannie Bay. The design features generous cantilevers and integrated screening.

Lot 10024 Palmerston

Structural design of a three-storey mixed-used development. Commercial tenancies and motel/hotel facilities located on ground floor, with residential units located on the first and second floor.

35 McMinn St, Darwin City – 8 Storey Building

Structural design of an eight-storey mixed use building featuring 24 apartments, basement and ground-level carparking and a ground floor commercial tenancy.

Djomi Museum & Cultural Hub, Maningrida

Structural design of a museum and cultural building located within Maningrida, featuring large-span exhibition areas and triangular pop-outs, designed a modular steel framed philosophy to suit the remote construction.

120 East Point Rd, Fannie Bay

Structural design of a prestigious two-storey residence located on an oceanfront property along East Point Road. Featuring extensive curved in-situ concrete columns, roofs and walls.

Structural design of a prestigious two-storey residence located on an oceanfront property along East Point Road. With a grand cantilever entry portico and expansive front glazing.

8 Hickey Court, Cullen Bay

Structural design and construction certification of a prestigious two-storey waterfront residence located on the man-made islands within Cullen Bay. Featuring extensive cantilever balconies and open glazing to the waterfront view.

Ross Smith Avenue Residence

Structural design of a prestigious two-storey residence in Fannie Bay. With feature curved glazing and walls supported by blockwork and in-situ concrete.

Saint Savvas Church

Structural design of a new church and community hall serving the Greek community. Currently under construction, and when complete will be one of the largest Greek Orthodox churches in Australia.

Hindu Temple

Structural design of a single-storey Hindu temple located in Marrara.

Palmerston Central – Stage A

This 9 Tenancy development on the corner of Roystonea Avenue and Temple Terrace was re-engineered by MDP, saving the client a significant amount in construction costs through efficient and innovative design.

Dhupuma Barker School, Gunyangara

Structural design of a new primary school within a remote community located in Gunyangara community, with four separate classroom buildings, an assembly hall and amenities block/basketball court.

Parap Childcare Centre

Structural & civil design of a new childcare centre designed to provide safe & nurturing environment for young children. Centre includes amenities, staff room, meeting room and six rooms designed for different age groups.

Maningrida Health Clinic & Staff Accommodation

Structural design of new clinic building focused on providing primary health care functions to one of the largest remote communities. Including two duplex residential accommodation units for staff.

Mackillop CC Classrooms

Structural & civil design of a new classroom block and amenities of Mackillop College located in Palmerston.

Structural design for the refurbishment of an existing health house building into a brand-new accommodation/hotel located in Darwin City, including the reuse of the existing structure for the new hotel development.
